Windows 10 Developers and Enterprise Summit held in Lahore
Windows 10 Developers and Enterprise Summit was held on September 29, 2015 from 11 am to 4 pm at Falleti’s Hotel, Lahore. The event was delivered by Mr. Jibran Jamshad (Account Technology Associate) and Mr. Shahid Aziz (Technology Consultant at Microsoft Innovation Center). The aim was to highlight windows 10 as a productivity platform for enterprises and developers from different fields of technology.
The total number of participants ranged from 40 to 50, including interns from Microsoft Pakistan and Microsoft Innovation Centers, Microsoft Student Partners and different representatives from MCB, Allied Bank, Warid Telecom and IOP. During the session, Mr. Jibran Jamshad gave a presentation on Windows 10 devices, Internet of Things, Microsoft Surface Hub and Microsoft HoloLens along with their compatibility, security and benefits with respect to Windows 10. These were followed by hand-on practice by Mr. Shahid Aziz on universal windows platform and its applicability on devices with different sizes and resolutions. Afterwards participants cleared their doubts through questions and answers.
During the event Souvenirs were distributed among the audience including Shirts, Caps, Cups e.t.c. Five hour long session proved to be very educative and a useful study for all. During intervals the experiences were joyfully shared by each other. Such like events are considered to be valuable and productive and should be organized off and on.
